"Forty years ago, sport was either for children, firefighters or policemen, but nobody did sport on a regular basis. Worse still, women were banned from running. Yet today, sport is seen as a pillar of health, to be anchored in everyday life.
This revolution in the democratization of sport is being experienced today in apprenticeships. At the beginning of the 2000s, those learning were children and professionals in a few specific professions: doctors, pilots, etc.
