Im Jahr 2022 begann Primagaz mit der Fusion mit einer großen internationalen Unternehmensgruppe. Um diesen Übergang zu begleiten, wurde die Weiterentwicklung der Englischkenntnisse der Mitarbeitenden zu einer strategischen Priorität.
The need was clear:

The employees, with diverse profiles — from beginner to intermediate — held very different roles. Each faced their own challenges: speaking more fluently, better understanding foreign colleagues, mastering specific vocabulary. In this context, applying a one-size-fits-all method would have been counterproductive.

Our response: a fully personalized selection of trainers.

This approach quickly paid off

  • Christine benefited from Adam’s support, who was able to adapt his teaching in real time to help her better structure her speech.
  • Gaëlle benefited from two trainers with complementary styles, enriching her learning journey.
