Im Jahr 2022 vertraute uns Aude, Office Manager bei Gedeon Richter, eine große Aufgabe an: Die medizinischen Außendienstmitarbeiter, Vertriebsleiter und Buchhaltungsleiter dabei zu unterstützen, ihre fachlichen Englischkenntnisse auszubauen – mit einem klaren Ziel vor Augen: Wissenschaftliche Artikel auf Englisch zu verstehen und zu analysieren.

Die Herausforderung war groß.

The team’s initial level (A1–A2) stood in sharp contrast to the technical nature of the content they were expected to master. In other words: they had to learn how to swim before attempting to cross the English Channel.

To meet this challenge, we made a strategic choice: Focus on reinforcing the fundamentals before aiming for expertise.

Our approach:
  • Strengthen reading comprehension and oral fluency
  • Build interaction skills before tackling specialized texts
  • Create a gradual learning path tailored to each employee’s role
The results speak for themselves:
  • Accessible, flexible lessons adapted to each employee’s pace
  • A custom program with immediate, everyday relevance
  • Sustainable engagement: five employees renewed their training, some even twice

Two years later, our collaboration with Gedeon Richter continues — the best proof of our method’s effectiveness.
