We is not only a simple pronoun. It means being together, exchanging ideas, and sharing – ‘We’ is a form of equality. Hierarchy itself is defined by ideas, reflection and the actions of each individual. For us, our clients are not simply ‘consumers’, they are the cofounders of our training solutions.



Fitting or adapting requires questioning concepts, being inquisitive and learning. Indeed, learning is a lifelong process. Moreover, the personalisation of services in today’s society is an international leitmotiv, which stipulates a strong ability to listen, understand, empathise and think outside the box.
Our business is focused on language training, as language is the basis of all communication. We are THE tailor-made solution – no doesn’t feature in our vocabulary!

Our mission is to create language solutions which are as closely adapted as possible to the needs of our customers. This is reflected by our constant innovation in the areas of learning and technology.

We are specialists in language training by videoconference. Although our company Is still relatively young, we have accumulated a vast quantity of experience during the past few years.

Amongst our dynamic team, we have member from 12 different countries, each bringing the richness of their culture and the complexity of their ideas with them. The diversity of our team is reflected in the personality of our company, products and strategies. Not your average English lessons, the WeFit way offers lessons linking both linguistic and socio-cultural training.

Our trainers

Adult Educators

Teaching adults requires adherences to some very particular rules: the instructor and the student communicate with each other on and equal level. Our instructors are specifically trained to deal with the specific nature of this relationship.


All our trainers are native speakers of the languages they teach. Indeed, for our English courses, we only recruit instructors from the Anglophone world, notably Australia, Canada, the USA, the UK, Ireland and New Zealand.

Regular Training

Before their first lessons, our teachers must undertake a month of training about our varied tools, resources and learning profiles. To guarantee the high quality of our lessons and to continue offer suitable training, we regularly listen to recordings of lessons and organise theme-based workshops.


The minimum qualification for a teacher with WEFIT is a BA or BSc in one of the following domains: Languages/linguistics, psychology or engineering. More than 40 % have a Master title. The most popular domains areas are marketing & communication; international management and teaching.


The majority of our teachers speak two or three languages, which include French, German and Spanish.
